Presentation
Presentation
Crafted according to oenologist Stéphane Cardona's recipe, this sparkling wine exquisitely showcases Muscat petit grain.
The vintage
The summer was marked by significant heat waves and a prolonged drought. This accelerated the ripening of the grapes. The berries were often smaller in size, a consequence of the heat and water stress, which led to higher concentration and reduced yield at pressing.
Summary:
– Very strong reduction in yields, with small, low-juice, and light berries.
– Heterogeneous ripening, with rapid sugar development and loss of acidity.
– Very early start of the harvest.

Reviews
"This naturally sparkling rosé, made from white and red Muscat Petit Grains, charms with its pale salmon hue and aromas of rose water, jasmine, and lychee. Gently sweet (50 g/L of residual sugar) yet well balanced (8% ABV), it offers a fresh, floral, and airy palate. A wine of charm and indulgence, perfectly suited to Asian cuisine - especially pad thai, green curry, or exotic fruit desserts." [+]
